THE day .

Today is THE day.

It's hard , you know ?

To take actions that are right for your well being but that sting in the heart .

But after all this time what does the heart really know?

It's broken strings , it's damage beyond measure can not be trusted.

Today is the day I let my spirit guide me through my mind.

The heart needs healing and it's still a long road to go .

But today is the day I make that first step.

But it's so hard, you know ?

To be left alone facing demons nobody would ever wish to know.
